For patients with dental insurance, we will happily provide you with a completed insurance form for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Although we choose not participate with any insurance company, many of our insured patients find that they receive a very high reimbursement for such services as exams, cleanings, sealants and x-rays.
